-Short round presentation, HR and Finance people.
-Very nice people, gave me the feeling that they were more looking for a friend than a competent person.
-Even asking borderline private questions, such as what would your wife say about you?
-Finance people sometimes not able to answer technical base manufacturing questions for people in charge of a manufacturing site => pretty mean , luckily HR was. ;)
-Old team members (15 years and 10 years), no wealth of expertise from different companies, so in case of restructuring, you will be the youngest and the first to be sacked, due to protective law over 10 years.
-They emphasize innovation, but they are not ready to pay for competences.
-Not selling the position, nor the company, think that Novartis has all the assets; because they are the big Novartis.
