I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Novartis (Ciudad de Mexico) in June 2017
Interview
I had 2 interviews, the first one with the talent acquisition team. The girl was really kind, she explained me a bit of what they do at Novartis, benefits and some other experiences of former trainees. She asked a few questions about my experience, difficult tasks I had overcome, and my level of English. English is really important for this company because they are a global company hence you need to be really fluent. Next step, my potential manager tested my level of Excel, which was really low at the moment, but I had other skills that were much better. I got an offer and now I am currently working as a BPA Trainee
