Had a phone screen with the hiring manager where we talked about my previous research. Was invited on-site for a formal interview (full day, ~ 8 hours), starting with a 45-minute seminar on my previous research. The rest of the day consisted of standard one-on-one interviews. I went to lunch with a handful of scientists/post-docs where it was a little less formal. Everybody involved in the process was extremely responsive and helpful!
