Extremely simple. Two people, one is the manager of the department your position is in and another person from HR. Typical questions such as strengths and weaknesses, challenging times, how you deal with stress, why would you want to work for their company, where do you see yourself in five years, how you deal with confrontations or disagreements between staff, has there been a time where you didn't agree with directions on a procedure given by your manager and if so what do you do? Those are behavioral questions HR will ask to determine your personality and mindset. The manager of your job will ask you technical questions about procedures and environments related to the condition of work you are applying for. When and how to do certain things or how does one thing apply to another, etc. Overall whole process took between 30-45 minutes, but since it was a comfortable interview I didn't notice the time. It felt quick.
