Coming to interview it has turned out I should be fluent in German which was not mentioned, I got a German test and failed as didn't remember much of the language and they still wanted to hire me.

Went to the interview and it was all messy, turned out im being interviewed on the other position to what i applied on... Team leaders were nice but turned to be bossy later on, didn't communicate issues they have till it turned to be a bad atmosphere...
