I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Novartis (Cambridge, MA) in July 2021
Interview
Interview was nice at the beginning with the scientist. However, higher levels (Principal scientist levels) were not nice at all, I notice lot of ego driven people and they asked me questions in a very rude manner and commented also in a rude manner. That made me sense many red flags that the group I was applying for was not really an environment I was looking for.
One of the interviewees was very disrespectful and at the end she told me: there’s no time for your questions. Goodbye…. And ended the zoom meeting.

Question 1
Very detail questions (protocols) with fundamentals of everything you have done related to the job description
Average process, 2 phone calls, and one onsite interview. Process was a bit rushed for delay from their end upon reaching back to me with an answer or offer. I did not get the job but I found out from another recruiter who I hadnt worked with.
