Meet with district manager a few times then director. They will ask about sales experience and will give you some resistance on products. You will sell them something as well

Situation about working with a wide variety of sales associates
Lengthy. Had 5 interviews and did not get the job. There was little communication throughout the process. At one point I did not hear from them for a month. Then the interviews started again.
