The interviewer introduced himself and about Novartis then asked me to introduce myself. Ever discussion was about the things written in resume so be ready to answer anything from your resume you should also make sure that how could your projects be implemented in Novartis and few questions about Novartis too. Interview
The hiring drive included an online test as the first round. It consisted of general quant and verbal questions. The questions were of an easy level
After that, I sat for one technical interview with the department lead. He explained the role to me (Hyderabad posting) and asked me to explain around 3 projects from my resume. One of them was related to biology so he also asked me to explain how this project could be incorporated in the pharmaceutical industry. He also asked about basic SQL queries
Apart from that, he asked me some general on-the-spot questions like what is meant by innovation and disruption
