One day on-site Interview . The interview panel consists of one on one interviews with about 5 people from different functions. Presentation to the department where your communication skills and ability to address questions will be judged.
Just go over the projects on your resume. Introduce their current project. Ask if you know the techniques related to their work. The process took about three weeks. Then I received an email saying that I'm not selected.
