The interview was focused on what the job requires as a RMA. Skills and experience required for Regional Medical Advisor. The presentation part was easy. The question asked for presentation were related to the content provided by the company.

Firstly I received a phone call from HR then i had a zoom interview with recruitment manager and manager of medical division. After that I was invited for personal interview - it was again with both managers and i was given an assingment - explain everything important about certain medication (Ozempic) to a doctor. I was given a Powerpoint presentation and an SPC of the given medication.

First call with HR, typical HR questions (salary etc.), second step a videocall with the hiring manager, questions about background and goals. Third step a business case, a presentation of a clinical study and questions on that.
