The interview process for a simple 2 stage process.
First screening was done by a member of the founders office. Final interview was with the founder.
The questions were general. However, I did not receive an offer even after a kickass interview because they were leaning towards someone with experience.

Interview
I gotta say this interview was one of the most disappointing interview I have ever been a part of. They organised everything in a very random manner. Let me take you through the process: First I applied through their website which went pretty well as they replied to the mail within 2 hours. Next they asked me to do their app review and gave me a design assignment and this is a step which usually comes after the HR round but I went ahead and submitted that. Now they scheduled an interview with me in which they asked me nothing about my assignment but all the other things.. and this also went super well. (interviewer's response while interview made this impression) And after this they didn't gave any reply or answer for about 8-9 Days and when I checked with them for the update, they rejected my application stating that I don't have sufficient number of experience when I had more number of experience than it was actually needed. According to me, firstly they misrepresented the job eligibility criteria which is very unfair to the candidate's effort and their time. Secondly they need to work on their interview process and their communication skills.
