Interview
Short intro call with HR, could tell right off the bat that I wasn't moving forward - I don't know if they already found candidates they liked and they didn't want to cancel last minute or what but it felt like a waste of both of our time. I was provided feedback and wasn't ghosted (which is rare these days) but the feedback felt a little fake since my I was told I didn't have enough experience when in reality I had 8+ for a mid-level role (typical asking of 7-10 years).
