Initial Phone Screen, 3 Interviews, Assessment Company reached out to me. Rushed me through each step. One interview ends and the recruiters calling 5 minutes later to schedule the next. First 2 rounds where fine. Final round interviewer was about 5 minutes late. He spoke about himself and talked to me as if he’d already decided I was not a fit. I would categorize him as extremely biased if I had to say it diplomatically. I one point in the interview he counted on his hand the years of experience I said I had compared to my resume. Also, quizzed me on things not related to the job just to see if I knew what I said I did. I was hesitant about the company to begin due to reviews I’d seen online while researching. I chose to interview because why not? Like I said they were very communicative until after the last meeting. Then they ghosted. No follow up whatsoever which is pretty inconsiderate.
