There are some technicians that you could learn a lot from if they have the time to mentor you.

Cons

The new management that came in is arrogant and dismissive. The work atmosphere is "speed all the way", techs are overworked, underpaid and have no promotion paths. As a result of this continuing for years, everyone is demotivated and the atmosphere is one of despair and uncaring.
