Interview
Take an IQ/Aptitude test of some sort first. Then, the actual interview overall was casual, since the questions were a mixture of generic and very specific ones depending on the role you are applying for.
The first step of interview is with HR, this includes IQ test and some standard question like "walk me through your resume". Second interview is a technical one. Others, secret.
