I applied online. I interviewed at Nutanix (Riyadh) in June 2026
Interview
I've received a (Prescreening) interview invitation email from their Talent Acquisition Lead, who was based in Netherlands, a day after applying through their website. He sent me a link to his calendar and l picked the date/time for the Zoom call. He then sent me some additional document to fill as part of their process. He was 15 minutes late but he sent me an email telling me that he will be late which I've seen later. I stayed on the call and did the interview which lasted for 30 minutes. It was a video Zoom call. His CAM and my CAM was on. In the middle half of the interview, his CAM showed half of his face which made me uncomfortable. He repeated the question about what was your motivation for the role twice. A couple of days later, I got an apology email saying that they will continue with other candidates.

Interview
Nutanix provided one of the best candidate experiences I've had in my entire career. People say the candidate experience directly translates to the company culture, and that is the case for Nutanix! From the first conversation with my talent advisor, the entire communication process was responsive and clear. All the interactions with the talent & recruiting teams were positive. As a candidate, it was apparent that the company already invested a lot into caring for the interviewees which is not always the case in a lot of companies. My talent advisor did an amazing job preparing me for interviews and providing a clear & accurate timeline of the process. The interviews with the team were conversational, open, and enjoyable which increased my excitement about the company + the role!

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nutanix in Jan 2022
Interview
Each person I connected with was warm, intelligent, transparent, and professional - from the folks in TA who helped me move through the process to the business leaders and associates who interviewed me.
My process from start to finish - application to offer was about a week and a half. From start to finish my experience was positive and moved quickly and efficiently - just the pace I was looking for. Nutanix is decisive and as a candidate, that was a breath of fresh air in comparison to the other experiences I had prior.
While there were some behavioral interview questions sprinkled in, the interview process was more of a conversation, which also made the process enjoyable. It completely felt like we were on a two-way street and I was not being drilled with question after question.
