This was the second time I have applied for a job at Nutanix. As previously everything was very well organized and managed. The interviewers were always very cordial but sharp. It shows that Nutanix is an attractive company to work for, I'm looking forward to be part of the team.

One of the smoothest interview experiences I’ve ever had. This company genuinely cares about people—demonstrating true professionalism at every level, from HR to the hiring manager to top leadership. A special mention to the recruitment manager, who was exceptionally supportive, transparent, and responsive throughout the process. It’s rare to see a multinational organization that still upholds such a strong human-centered culture. Communication was clear, timelines were accurate, and expectations were well-defined from start to finish.

The interview process was interesting , I had 4 rounds and it took me really fast. The Recruitment team was helpful and attentive to each detail . The panel interview checks your technical background too to see how do you understand the product/solution.
