I completed all rounds of interview and was also told from the HR that I am selected but due to quarter timelines we can roll out offer letter after 3 weeks. After this time, HR and hiring manager goes to and fro multiple times saying there is no approval yet and offers contract position. On denying contract role, within a week the HR gets all approval and comes up with quotations and pushes to accept offer the same day ele we have other candidates if you are not interested. This is the kind of response and communication that comes from the team. The overall interview process was handled very unprofessionally from the HR and the hiring manager and finally after I accept the quote, the HR says np is the concern and after 2 days HR emails abruptly that the position is on hold and offer is cancelled.
