I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at OANDA in Jan 2019
Interview
Received an email a couple weeks after applying online to setup initial phone interview and discuss experience with a "Sourcing Specialist". The call was a generic phone screening describing three broad software areas the company focuses on, then asking some bean counting questions with little to no technical basis.
Got a strong "well you're not getting a call back" tone after answering the salary question, which coincidentally was just before the call ended. Would be a different story if they rejected candidates based on technical abilities, in any way, shape, or form, but that doesn't seem to be in the hiring criteria.
