Few rounds of interviews with behavioral and technical questions. Generally not very hard. Some tips might include: be prepared for your resume, familiar with the market news and trends, have at least intermediate level of finance knowledge.

Long and quantitative process with many technical questions. Quiet interviewer which makes the process harder in my opinion. No follow up email after 2nd round interview. Interview was an hour long.

Initial HR screen was pretty straightforward. Basic behavioral Qs about why OMERS, why you etc. the HR screen was followed by a chat with their investment team which dove deeper into your own investment style, what things to look out for et cetera.
