Panel interview with 3 people. They asked behavioral and normal interview questions. Nothing too tough. Phone screen before for basic information. People were all nice and have full attention. I did not hear back from them and assume I did not get the job.

The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ONEOK in June 2010
Interview
Phone interview, followed by group interview with 2 teammembers that you would work with. If this process goes well, you are invited for interview with 1 or 2 managers; they do personality test. They have very knowledgeable individuals. Know your stuff.
