I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at ONI Global in July 2019
Interview
It seems to be Question and Answer on your previous employer rather than your skill or strength assessment; Most of the time would be free discussion on selected topic that currently happening in the market
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ONI Global (Singapore) in Apr 2016
Interview
They provided a phone call, followed by an email to provide details of the interview (location, time, documents to provide). After the interview, they also emailed to let me know their processing time for applicants (1 week).
I was interviewed by 2 ladies (30 minutes after the scheduled interview time): a senior HR Executive and the manager of the skills development and customer relations department. They were very friendly, but they did not ask many interview questions; I only remember one question being asked. The manager of the department spent a lot of time telling me about what the department does, and the roles they play. In fact, she was talking most of the time throughout the interview. After she was done telling me about the job description, she just asked me if I had any questions, and sent me on my way.
I don't know if this lack of interest in me as a candidate was due to them having found someone to fill the role already, or that my resume did not appeal to them. They were very very friendly, yes, but I felt like I made a wasted trip down.
