I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at OVO (Bristol, England) in Oct 2017
Interview
Everyone was friendly and welcoming. 2 interviews each one was very relaxed.
A couple of skills tests which were more stressful. The questions were as you'd expect, why you wanted to work there, your overall aims and examples of good customer service.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at OVO (Bristol, England)
Interview
15 minute phone interview where I was then invited to come in for a short presentation, interview, roleplay and written exercise. Interviewer was very friendly, asked me about 10 questions relating to my experience, why I want the job, past achievements and hypothetical scenarios. Role play consisted of studying a fact sheet and using that information when dealing with two "phone calls", one being nice and the other frustrated and angry. Written exercise consisted of writing an email to the last "caller".

Question 1
Give an example of when you received excellent customer service
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at OVO (Bristol, England) in May 2016
Interview
Various customer service team leaders conduct the interviews, which involve a chat with standard interview questions and a pair of roleplays. It's all fairly standard stuff; building a good rapport is important, but for me wasn't challenging. There's a brief simple written element where you write a paragraph about solar power (and are given an iPad to research on).
