I applied for a position with them, customer service which I have experience. that was like 2 mths ago or abit more. a recruiter called me like 20 minutes after I sent an application via email. She said there's another position suitable for me, Appointment Setter. Then asked if im able to do an interview in like an hour, I wasnt prepared, so I just told her Id be available on Monday. we had a 30min interview on monday for the position with another recruiter. it was great intveriew if you ask me. even did an assessment after. He says the're'll be feedback after 3 days. they went silent for weeks. another recuiter reached out directly via email for an interview for another position, customer service, which I had applied for intially btw. did the interview and even submitted an intro video to them. went silent. another recrutier reached out again FOR ANOTHER INTERVIEW. fresh. had the interview, intro video and assessment. went silent AGAIN. I sent an email to the very first lady asking what is happening. she said to send an email to the interviewer and cc her, Then I got a reply that they scrapped the position coz of disagreement with client over salary. emailed the second interviewer and cc again then got a response of no feedback ill be informed if any. I got so pissed coz of how unprofessional this process was without communication. . reached out to interviewer 3 who said Supervisor ad been busy and wed have an interview that week. Weeks? busy for weeks to not give an interview to your proceeding candidates?. Another recruiter who reached out was so confused. i had to contact her to send me the interview link coz she said she would but didnt and a whole 24 hrs elapsed, she kept mixing up interview times. It was so frustrating, I think it was ghost jobs/vacancies. Someone else who went through similar drama had a theory they get paid for interviewing people.
