Ocean Power Technologies interview questions

It was a series of phone and in person interviews, with different employees, the CEO, and the hiring manager. They tested the content knowledge I would need on the job and checked my fit for the high-pressure work environment.

It was a one day interview with about six people from different parts of the business. We went out for lunch where the interview continued. Overall the process took about eight hours.
