Diagnose someone based off one paragraph which is actually pretty messed up and isn’t an indicator of clinical skills. But I guess that’s what’s wrong with the mental health field anyways. Interview
The interview process was pretty straight forward. I was contacted by a recruiter who shared the aspects of the position, such as scheduling, pay through insurances, and work culture. Once you feel comfortable with the shared factors, they will set you up with a asynchronous interview which is web based, where you will answer questions after watching a clinical situation. Depending on how well you do with the web-based interview, you will be contacted and offered a position.
