The interview process for this job was like no other I’ve ever had! In the best possible way! It was so fun and inclusive, it gave you a chance to really show who you are and showcase your skills and talents whilst meeting some lovely people!

Friendly and engaging, The team at Octopus were extremely courteous and welcoming, 1st we had a one on one interview with a 3rd party (Who was just as friendly as supportive) then the group stage with Octopus themselves, It was pleasant seeing employees pop in for a hello and to wish us good luck, All candidates would give a claim to fame fact and some of the stories was absolutely amazing! We had a group task which we would all come together in groups which was great to get to know potential new team mates. Afterwards we had 1 on 1 interview and Q&A session which was super useful. We was then invited to a final interview.
