After submitting a CV and short form through a privately shared website link, I submitted an assignment, which then I was called to an interview about. It seemed like I was guaranteed to have an interview if I had successfully submitted the assignment by the deadline. The interview itself was mainly myself briefly introducing my education and experience, and showing how they are compatible with the role I applied for.
