Interview
The interview was very professional and to the point. Matthew and Eric interviewed me. They also took me on a small tour of the office building and showed me the patrol vehicle and let me know, should they be interested in hiring me I would be called by 10:00 A.M. And sure enough Matthew called and offered me the position.

Did not have an interview they need people so bad because they are such a bad company that the hired me as I walked in the door! As long as you breath that's all they need they don't care if you are a convicted felon or old grandma

Interview
The interview process was professional, yet casual and to the point. The proper dress attire did not necessarily have to be formal. Business casual would be more appropriate. The operations manager was easy to get along with and was not imposing.

The Operations Manger asked primarily about past experience with the security sector, how comfortable I would be watching over the different contract locations, and willingness to acquire more training in the future.
