I had a great video interview with the CRO discussing the companies vision and goals with an emphasis on my background. It was great. I had a the opportunity to meet in person with the COO, Director of IT and a IT Manager. They had a lot of good background questions related to the development of their Customer Support department and my experience developing a department. They all had great questions and were easy to speak with. They moved forward with another incredibly qualified candidate, but I left very impressed and a supporter of their vision. The most important thing I took from these interviews is that they were looking for people open to learning and developing. Not necessarily 4-? years of SaaS experience. With the right TALENT, good candidates can learn a new industry.
