La entrevista mas confusa que he tenido en mis 10 años de vida laboral. Desde el principio cuando me informaron sobre los dos roles a los que podria aplicar, les menciones que especificamente para este no tenia conocimiento en lenguajes informáticos y dijeron que ofrecian la capacitación, por ende continue con la candidatura. Senti que la entrevista nunca fue enfocada a si podia desarrollar el trabajo y mas a que quieren que conozcas la empresa y te identifiques con ella. Adicionar que si bien mi ingles no es nativo llevo trabajando 4 años con gente de distintos paises no hispanohablantes y en los ultimos 2 años con mercado británico, la persona que me entrevisto no tenia la mejor pronunciacion y en mi feedback acabo diciendo que debia mejorar mi ingles y que debia poner mi nivel en mi CV (el cual esta detallado) , claro ejemplo de que no reviso mi curriculum.

Interview
Process was quick from CV submission. Initial call with recruiter following week for 30 minutes discussing my background and some key related terms and general understanding of the role.
Received positive feedback and was referred for another interview, this time with 2 team members. 3.5 hour interview shocked me enough but then discovered that they request you to do 10+ hours prep by watching how to videos on how to use their system.
Felt this was completely unreasonable and removed my interested prior to this second interview.
