Odysee Data Analytics & User Experience Developer interview questions

I had previous contact with Julian (CEO) from personal contacts. There was two interviews, the first with Julian, and then another with the team. After the second interview we negotiated a salary, and they sent email with the offer and a start date. The day before my start date, I prompted them to let them know I was ready to go and Julian replied that "We still need a couple more weeks." with no further explanation. They have not replied to my emails from that point forward. I can only guess what happened on their end.
