The interview process starts off with an online assessment. Once you complete and pass there is an interview with the hiring manager and also an interview with the CEO.
The interview process was pretty straightforward as well as the online assessment. The negative experience was during the interview process, the hiring manager made it seem like I was going to be moving forward. I was even asked if I can start immediately and I told them that I need to give the standard 2 weeks. It seemed like they wanted someone to start asap but had they informed me that this was a deal breaker, I would have said yes and would have worked something out with my current employet. Also, I never received any word on my candidacy even after my follow up, seems like they rather ghost people than take 2 seconds to send an email which these days can be automated if you don't make the cut.
