I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Ogilvy (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2014
Interview
First round interviews where done on phone. Basic information was exchanged like "tell me about yourself?" The next round is more serious where three people talk to you in increments of 20 minutes on the phone. Be specific with your information.
I applied online. I interviewed at Ogilvy (New York, NY)
Interview
It was okay. Usual interview questions. Nothing unique. I did virtual interview. The person that talked to me was very good and explained the role to me very well. ..........
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Ogilvy (New York, NY) in Mar 2023
Interview
It was a fantastic experience! My interviewer was relatively casual and she made sure I was comfortable throughout. The questions we're not difficult - just conversational and designed to see how one thinks - very standard but with a twist as she would slot in a quote from David Ogilvy before asking the question.

Question 1
Are you more detail oriented or bigger picture? Why Ogilvy? How do you handle stressful situations?
I found the interview process to be really painless. They really weren't looking for any specific qualities, so it felt like a conversation more than a typical interview. I would categorize this as a completely behavioral interview. Being personable, kind, and articulate went a long way.
