2 hours and didn't get the position because i didn't have the experience they wanted. They could have told me that earlier. The lady didn't ask me interview questions at all. Just talked about life.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at OhioGuidestone (Cleveland, OH) in Feb 2025
Interview
I completed a phone screening and declined to participate further after the phone screening. The interviewer was late to the call and did not ask me anything about myself or why I wanted to work there. She proceeded to tell me that I could not make my desired salary of $60-$70k as a new MSW graduate, despite me having interviewed with several other nonprofit therapist positions offering in this range. I got the sense that they try to take advantage of new graduates by pressuring them to take a low paying job. They also offer a HUGE range of bonuses from $40-$3,000 "based on work ethic" which was a huge red flag for me.
