Pros

Meaningful work helping families Supervisors & Directors positive support

Cons

Current CEO falls increasingly short in understanding & managing demands of providers, lack of trauma informed resources/supports. Current CEO appears focused almost exclusively on production, provides minimal focus on IT solutions for providers, and utilizes a one size fits all approach applied weekly to the entire workforce to address providers who historically fall short of expectations.

Pros

Flexibility of making your own schedule.

Cons

Pay, it’s not competitive at all. The productivity requirements are insane and you get monthly emails from upper management who haven’t done counseling in decades to understand it’s a clientele problem not a therapist problem. The way they “help” with burnout is let’s all meet and do this virtual self care discussion. CEO makes upwards of 400k when therapist are making 23/hour. Such a disgrace.
