2nd interview was in person, much more formal.
Past work experience and relevant experience was most important.
Offered the job the next day.

The interview process was straightforward. It was a panel interview, and the interviewers asked quiet, easy questions, like 'Tell us about yourself' and 'Where do you see yourself in 5 years.
It was a fine experience really nice people. The job seemed interesting and it seems like a good company to work for. You should definitely take an interview if offered.
