Interview
Basically you get there and they take you to thrir breakroom. I had a group interview so there were 2 other girls there. The hiring manager asked us each to state our name, age, and our favorite things to do with our friends. Then she asked if we ever done customer service. After those questions, we go to the frontnof the store and we had to come up with an out for the crazy weather in Florida. Once we picked them out we went and explained it to her. Then we were to come up with an out using 2 of the items you already picked out and it has to be for "A formal dinner with you grandparents". You had to pick 5 items total then again explain you outfit. Once you are done she tells you to put your items away. Then she asked for availability. And then that was it. It was a total of 25 minutes, 30 tops for the interview.
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
