Phone interview, they asked me my previous experience, my avalbilty, why I like to work there, why I would make a good team member, would I be willing to work early mornings and late nights.
quick and to the point. asked about situations and how you would respond to them. common sense about customer relations and when to bring things to a manager will go far
I walk in to give my resume. Luckily they where going to start the interview process the next day. I went the next day and had a one on one interview. He just look at my resume and asked if a really spoke Portuguese.
