Filled out a paper application, got a brief phone call with a a manager and was asked for an interview which was in a group setting with several other people, very casual.

We were asked to bring in one item of importance to us and explain to the group how it shaped who we are.
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
