Senior Financial Analyst - Capital Investments (Old Navy) Interview

      11 May 2010
      Anonymous interview candidate
      San Francisco, CA
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Old Navy (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2010

      Interview

Initial interview was an informational phone screen with HR about the position and division and a general run through of my resume and typical questions such as salary requirements and reason for leaving current position. Second interview was an onsite 1:1 consisting of 30min each with the hiring manager as well as another manager from a different group. HR Recruiter that I worked with was the most pleasant and responsive recruiter I've worked with. She has always followed up when she said she would. They had decided to move forward with an internal candidate.
