Interview
I applied online and was called three days later. They asked me a few questions, like what is my favorite team that I've ever worked on and "what makes me awesome". After that she asked me to come in that upcoming Saturday for an interview and to bring an item that represents me. When I got there there was one other girl who was also there for the group interview and an older man. The first thing they did was show us around the store and explain everything. Pay attention! This will help later on! They then showed us the back stock room, and then sat us down in the break room for the interview. First they asked what we knew about Old Navy and why we liked the store. They then had us share about our item. After that, we played a couple games. We were sent out to the store to pick ONE item that we think is stylish and fashionable, and to come back and explain why. I picked a wine colored pair of Rockstar super skinny jeans (the color was in season and the Rockstar jeans are super popular for them). Ask a few associates on the floor why they think it's a great item and remember their name! We then had to go back and explain why we picked the item and essentially sell it. Then, we had to roll a large die that had scenarios on it. I rolled "date night". I then had to create an entire outfit, including the item I picked, for that scenario. Don't forget things like shoes and accessories! The idea of the game is to see if you can sell, and how much you can sell! I even grabbed a cami for the shirt I picked, which wasn't even see through. After that we asked any questions we might have. Have a question or two prepared! The hiring manager then pulled us aside one by one. When she pulled me aside, she said that contingent of a background check she would call me next week to schedule training. I was hired! Very simple and fun.

Interview
Applied through simplyhired.com. got an email for their hiring event. Went. The first interview was a quick and brief interview at a table with questions like tell me about yourself. Then went on to the next phase. A group activity we had to see our outfit we had on. Then then either sent you home or you went on the the final interview stage
It was a group interview with several people, about 5 to 8 others, and one manager doing the interviewing. He asked basic interview questions to get to know everyone and to test their skills.
