I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Old Navy (Saratoga Springs, NY) in Sept 2014
Interview
I was first called for a phone interview, which had basic questions such as "why would you like to work here" and the dreaded "tell me about yourself". Afterward I was invited to a group interview, where there was me and one other girl. Very relaxed, casual interview. Very positive altogether. There were two parts I found interesting about the interview - the first was an activity where you are given a clothing item, and from that you have to create an outfit. The more creative the better. The second was one where you just told various interesting facts about yourself. Favorite interview I've done so far!
Group interview, almost like a game with dice used to answer questions. Each person had to share what they thought and take turns. Pleasant interview process, very casual. Some applicants wore jeans

Question 1
What's something you think will come back in fashion?
Most of the interview was basic and what you would expect, but they did include a portion where you pretend to help customers looking for outfits/items for specific occasions and that makes it fun!
