I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Old Navy (Moscow, ID) in Apr 2015
Interview
They had a group interview. About 5 other people aside from me. Really relaxed, easy going, and interactive. We introduced ourselves, gave a bit about us, and said where we would go if we could go anywhere tomorrow. Got some info on Old Navy/GAP, toured the store, had an outfit challenge (mine was a job interview outfit with shorts). We had to "sell" the outfit to the group. Then picked our favorite item and explained why we liked it. Ended with questions for the interviewer.

Question 1
Where would you go if you could go anywhere in the world tomorrow?
What's one thing that most people don't know about you?
What do you know about old navy?
Group interview, almost like a game with dice used to answer questions. Each person had to share what they thought and take turns. Pleasant interview process, very casual. Some applicants wore jeans

Question 1
What's something you think will come back in fashion?
Most of the interview was basic and what you would expect, but they did include a portion where you pretend to help customers looking for outfits/items for specific occasions and that makes it fun!

Applied online. I waited about 3 days then called them. Manager asked me to come in for an interview. They told me to bring an item that represents me.
