Interview
The manager came out into the store and met with me for about 5 minutes, asked about basic things like experience and ambitions. I didn't get the offer because I had no work experience at the time and the other candidate did.
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
