I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Old Navy in May 2015
Interview
I was called about a week after my online application and was basically interviewed on the phone briefly and then asked for an in-person interview. The in person interview was done at the location I applied for and there was another applicant I was interviewed with. The whole interview basically tested how well I interacted with the other applicant, and the interviewer gauging my "peraonality". I had no previous retail experience which didnt seem to matter.

3. We were given a scenario (graduation party) and asked to choose an outfit (for mother and daughter).

Group interview, almost like a game with dice used to answer questions. Each person had to share what they thought and take turns. Pleasant interview process, very casual. Some applicants wore jeans

What's something you think will come back in fashion?
Most of the interview was basic and what you would expect, but they did include a portion where you pretend to help customers looking for outfits/items for specific occasions and that makes it fun!
