I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Old Navy in July 2015
Interview
It was very lowkey. There was five girls in total. We started by talking about the object that we brought. Then we tore off stickers(however many you wanted) and told something about us (by how many stickers we had). We then were told a certain grade level to shop for back to school. We presented them to the group. We were told that we will get a call about a 1 on 1 interview with the manager so I will tell how it goes. Fingers crossed!
--- So today I had my one on one interview she asked a few questions and then I got the job. the second interview was just like the first. it was easy and quick so there is nothing to worry about
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
We didnt get specific questions in the group interview
- What role do you play on a team?
Group interview, almost like a game with dice used to answer questions. Each person had to share what they thought and take turns. Pleasant interview process, very casual. Some applicants wore jeans

Question 1
What's something you think will come back in fashion?
Most of the interview was basic and what you would expect, but they did include a portion where you pretend to help customers looking for outfits/items for specific occasions and that makes it fun!
