I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Old Navy (Richmond, VA) in July 2015
Interview
Group interview of about 5 people. Really easy questions if you have retail experience . During the interview they gave us 10 minutes to go out on the sales floor and pick out an outfit, including shoes and accessories, and explain to them why we chose the items and where we would wear the outfit. Only me and one other girl really talked the most. As long as you show your personality, talk and ask questions you should be ok. The next day I got a call asking if I wanted the job and I went in for orientation that same week.
Group interview, almost like a game with dice used to answer questions. Each person had to share what they thought and take turns. Pleasant interview process, very casual. Some applicants wore jeans

Question 1
What's something you think will come back in fashion?
Most of the interview was basic and what you would expect, but they did include a portion where you pretend to help customers looking for outfits/items for specific occasions and that makes it fun!
