I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Old Navy (Lynchburg, VA) in Aug 2015
Interview
I went on snagajob and saw old navy's application so I submitted one. After I submitted it, they called me back and said that they had seen my application and was wondering if I was still interested in a job. Of course I was so we did the phone interview and she liked me ms said she would call me back by Monday. I got a call back to do an in person interview. They usually have panel interviews but they didn't have that this time. That interview was SO chill and laid back. I went in nervous as all heck but once getting a feel for it, I was like shoot, no need to be nervous. The interview lasted about 30 minutes or so. Just go in being yourself and you will do fine.

Question 1
If someone tried on a dress that wasn't very flattering on their body shape and they asked for your honest opinion, how would you handle that?
If we were having a sale and someone came up to the counter to check out and the sales price didnt match what they saw but is correct and the customer becomes "irate", how would you handle that?
Group interview, almost like a game with dice used to answer questions. Each person had to share what they thought and take turns. Pleasant interview process, very casual. Some applicants wore jeans

Question 1
What's something you think will come back in fashion?
Most of the interview was basic and what you would expect, but they did include a portion where you pretend to help customers looking for outfits/items for specific occasions and that makes it fun!
