I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Old Navy (Bloomington, MN) in July 2014
Interview
Received a phone call for a prescreen phone interview that lasted about 5 minutes at the end of the call was invited to attend an audition. The audition was a group interview with the hiring manager where we spent a while getting to know one another and then were asked to put together an outfit and sell it to her. Had a one on one meeting with the hiring manager at the end about availability and to answer any questions that I had.
Group interview, almost like a game with dice used to answer questions. Each person had to share what they thought and take turns. Pleasant interview process, very casual. Some applicants wore jeans

Question 1
What's something you think will come back in fashion?
Most of the interview was basic and what you would expect, but they did include a portion where you pretend to help customers looking for outfits/items for specific occasions and that makes it fun!
